Stellenbosch Triathlon Squad (STS) is an active community that offers training sessions and personalised coaching to local triathletes, runners, cyclists, and swimmers. STS is an active community, and its website highlights this aspect with a photo-and information slideshow at the top of the main page. I incorporated a variety of photos into the website’s design to showcase the range of sports coaching offered by STS while simultaneously advertising the merchandise which is also sold on the website. As STS offers a variety of services, I gave their website an extensive drop-down ribbon to enable users to easily find exactly what they need.

As STS is a sports coaching website, I designed the website to be straightforward and visually simplistic. The colour palette is based on their logo: cerulean blue, cherry red, and fire yellow. I took special care to make sure that users can find everything about STS on this one website: including a social media tab, an online shopping tab and even FAQs. As a supporter of organisations that want to help people to get up and move, I took special care to ensure that the website makes it as easy as possible for people to join the STS active community.
